RealVitalize is a program offered by Coldwell Banker. It is designed to help homeowners prepare their homes for sale by offering a variety of services, including home improvements, repairs, and staging.

The program allows sellers to defer the costs of these services until the sale of their home closes. Coldwell Banker partners with home improvement contractors to complete the work, and the cost of the services is deducted from the seller’s proceeds at closing.
