RealVitalize is a program offered by Coldwell Banker. It is designed to help homeowners prepare their homes for sale by offering a variety of services, including home improvements, repairs, and staging.
The program allows sellers to defer the costs of these services until the sale of their home closes. Coldwell Banker partners with home improvement contractors to complete the work, and the cost of the services is deducted from the seller’s proceeds at closing.

Here is how it would work… Say you have already purchased your new home and wish to sell your current one. You are all moved out of the house and know that without any furniture, you can tell that it seems cavernous, and several rooms need painting. Thats where RealVitalize can be an outstanding resource! Instead of paying $8000 out of pocket to have the home staged and painted, Coldwell Banker will let you choose from one of our preffered contractors (or you can have your preferred contractor fill out an application). Coldwell Banker will pay for these services to be completed, and will deduct the cost from your proceeds after the home sells!
